What does a session entail?
Before we begin, I will protect the space to ensure anything that comes through is for your highest good. After the session, I will close the space and lovingly send back our energies to us, respectively.
Before we jump in with anything that wants to be shared, we'll spend a few minutes talking about what brought you to this session. What questions you might have, and any specific guidance you're looking to receive is all something you will be able to share with me.
Once our space is protected and your intentions are clear, I'll take a moment to call in your Higher Self. Each individual's HS is different. Sometimes they jump in right away, sometimes they need a bit more time to trust me before they open up to share. Either way, you can be sure whatever comes through is unique and especially for you and your highest good.
If there are energetics that need to be worked out, we will do that. Timelines that need to be collapsed will be collapsed. Vows, contracts, curses or spells will be broken. Your field will be cleared.
Any messages from the Earth or herbal remedies that might be helpful to you will come through for me to share.
You are you for a reason, and you belong. This isn’t about changing you–it’s about embracing each layer of your being so you can live with more truth and joy.
